Website inquiries

When you submit an owner or guest inquiry form, the details you provide are securely processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Rhome at support@rhomevm.com. FormSubmit states that submitted information is retained for 30 days and then deleted. You can review FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

How Rhome uses inquiry details

Rhome uses your name, contact details, property information, and message only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a rental analysis, and discuss management services. Rhome does not add form inquiries to a mailing list or sell the information.

Direct booking

When you follow a booking link, availability, reservations, and payments are handled by Guesty under its own privacy terms.
